Chakra alignment is an ancient practice rooted in spiritual traditions and has been effectively utilized for centuries. The term "chakra" originates from Sanskrit and roughly translates to "wheel" or "disk". Within these traditions, chakras are considered to be energy centers housed within the body. These correspond to diverse aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual health.
There are seven main chakras housed within the body. Each is located along the spine, stretching from the base to the crown of the head. They absorb energy from our environment and distribute this energy across our bodies. When these chakras maintain alignment and balance, we achieve a state of harmony and well-being.
****We HIGHLY recommend wearing headphones during all 7 chakra aligning sessions. For ULTIMATE results we recommend taking each chakra guided meditation one by one back to back consecutively in a row. Have some water handy so you can take sips of water in between each chakra session*****

The root chakra, also known as Muladhara, is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine. It is considered to be the most important chakra because it provides a foundation for life and connects us to the physical world. The root chakra is responsible for our sense of security and stability, and it helps us feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. It is made up of our basic needs, such as food, water, shelter, and safety, as well as our emotional needs of interconnection and being fearless. When these needs are met, a person may feel grounded and safe. Some say that an imbalance or blockage in the root chakra can cause adverse psychological symptoms, such as anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depression, and eating disorders.
The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is the second of seven chakras and is located in the lower abdomen, four finger-breadths below the navel. It's associated with the color orange and the element of water, and is often represented by a six-petaled lotus flower. The sacral chakra is said to be the center of emotions, feelings, and pleasure, and is thought to play a role in sexuality, creativity, and intimacy. When properly aligned, it's believed to allow people to feel their emotions more deeply without being controlled by them. However, an imbalanced sacral chakra may lead to creative blocks, emotional instability, and difficulties in relationships.
The solar plexus chakra, also known as the Manipura chakra, is the third chakra in the seven chakra system and is associated with personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. It's said to govern our ability to make decisions, set boundaries, and assert ourselves with inner wisdom. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, we may feel confident and in control of our lives. However, when it's blocked or imbalanced, we may experience feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, and difficulty making decisions.
The heart chakra, also known as the Anahata chakra, is an energy center that represents unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It's located around the heart region and is associated with the heart, lungs, thymus, and circulatory system. When the heart chakra is balanced and open, it can allow people to feel loved, open, and loving, and to invite empathy, positivity, and compassion into their lives. However, when the heart chakra is out of balance, it can manifest in a number of ways, including hatred and loneliness.
The throat chakra, also known as vishuddha, is an energy center that governs the throat and neck. It's associated with communication, self-expression, creativity, and emotion, and is said to help people speak their truth, be heard, and feel in harmony with others. When balanced, the throat chakra can make communication feel natural and confident, and people may have a good sense of timing and rhythm. However, when the throat chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can make it difficult for energy to flow and can lead to issues such as, difficulty communicating and fear of speaking your truth.
The third eye chakra, also known as Ajna, is the sixth chakra in the body and is said to be located in the center of the head, between the eyebrows. It's thought to be linked to awareness, perception, and spiritual communication. In Eastern spiritual practices, the third eye is often a symbol of enlightenment and a gateway to higher consciousness and inner realms. It's also associated with clairvoyance, religious visions, precognition, out-of-body experiences, and the ability to observe auras and chakras. Some believe that when the third eye chakra is in balance, a person can trust their intuition and imagination, see their life with clarity, and make balanced decisions. However, if the third eye chakra is blocked, a person may experience a lack of clarity and direction, and may struggle to focus.
The crown chakra, also known as sahasrara, is an energy center in yoga tradition that represents a spiritual connection and transformation. It's located at the crown of the head and is depicted as a thousand-petaled lotus. The crown chakra is considered the highest of the seven major chakras and is said to connect a person's awareness with infinite consciousness. It's also thought to be a gateway to the universe's energy and a place where the earthly self merges with the higher self. When open, the crown chakra can provide a sense of spiritual awareness and connection to something greater than oneself. It can also help people feel more connected to others, plants, animals, and subtle energies in the world around them. Some believe that an open crown chakra can even help people manifest their dreams into reality. However, stress, anxiety, or emotional upheaval can block the crown chakra, which can negatively impact a person's well-being.
